My interdisciplinary research unites two strands - Management and Social Sciences. I have PhD in Management and also PhD in Social Work. I am currently guiding PhD level work, and guided 14 scholars.

My research, like my teaching, reflects a passionate interest in the association with PhD team and scholars across the community, and to further harness the powerful relationships for Research advantage.

Working as Industrial Relations Officer in Govt of India, Dept of Atomic Energy-NFC, Hyderabad since last  13 years

Formerly Industrial Relations & Human Resources faculty at IIM Lucknow, Bangalore and Indore, and at IMI and ASCI.

Now work as an independent consultant in HR & Institutional Development, both for corporate and development sector. Currently, World Bank consultant to AP Govt on institutional strengthening of resettlement and rehabilitation (R&R) of project affected families (PAF).
